Retrieve a comprehensive list of all agents configured in this OS instance.

Returns:

• Agent metadata (ID, name, description)
• Model configuration and capabilities
• Available tools and their configurations
• Session, knowledge, memory, and reasoning settings
• Only meaningful (non-default) configurations are included
